Tom’s Botanically Bright Toothpaste Review | Melanie Avalon

I’m on the quest to find the perfect “Paleo” toothpaste. Out of all the “natural” toothpastes I’ve tried (and I’ve tried A LOT), TOM’S Botanically Bright (in spearmint) has been the best at whitening. However, it leaves a weird residue in my sink and mouth, which makes me hesitate to use it.

I’m Melanie Avalon, a struggling actress from Tennessee currently living in Los Angeles! I graduated early from high school, and Summa Cum Laude with a double BA in Film and Theatre from the University of Southern California (USC).

I discovered “low carb” 5 years ago, which instigated a paradigm shift in my view of food, health, and nutrition. A year later, I tried Intermittent Fasting as a trial-run, and never stopped! I also adopted Paleo a few years later, and added wine as a final touch!

I love eating, drinking, and living life, all while being healthy, thin, and laughing in the face of calorie-counting and fad diets. I get kind of obsessive with research and the science behind health and nutrition, and want to share everything I’ve discovered and am continuing to learn.

Life’s too short to go hungry and unhealthy – join me on the awesome journey through the fitness and nutrition wonderland!
