Homemade Recipe To Eliminate Tartar, Gingivitis And Whitening Your Teeth!

The sticky, soft film of bacteria that builds up on your teeth, oral fillings, gums, and tongue is called plaque. But, when multiple layers of plaque combine with minerals present in your saliva, it hardens into a white, chalky calcified compound called tartar.

This creates a breeding place for the oral bacteria that feed on sugars from the food you eat. Also, it forms acid during this process that breaks down the tooth enamel, resulting in dental cavities. Bacteria also produce toxic substances causing many gum issues.

A number of factors add to plaque accumulation, such as improper oral hygiene, bad brushing technique, heredity and lack of professional care.
In addition to regular dental hygiene, you can use this homemade recipe to remove plaque and tartar. Remember, when the tartar has mineralized on your teeth, it is very hard to remove.

One spoonful of baking soda (aluminium free)
Half a teaspoon of sea salt
Half a cup of hydrogen peroxide
Antibacterial mouthwash
Half a cup of warm water
Half a cup of cold water
One cup

Mix the sea salt and the baking soda in a cup with a little water, enough to form a paste. Next, moist the brush with warm water and after that with the paste you’ve prepared, brush the teeth gently and then, spit. Do this for 5 minutes.

Mix the warm water and the hydrogen peroxide to rinse the mouth for one minute and rinse once again with the cold water. Remove the yellowish scale with the floss however don’t irritate or hurt the gums. Use the mouthwash to get better results and get cleaner mouth.

You should try to brush at least two times a day with a toothbrush in good condition and with a substantial amount of toothpaste. Also, brush the tongue because it can support the development of bacteria causing the accumulation of tartar. Do not forget to floss regularly.
