1. Baking soda & Lemon juice: Mix 2-3 tsp baking soda with freshly squeezed lemon juice – add more baking soda as needed until it forms a paste. Pat teeth dry with a paper towel, apply paste and leave on for 1 minute. Rinse mouth thoroughly after! (lasts about 2 days)
2. Strawberry, Salt & Baking soda: Mash 1-2 berries into a pulp and add 1 tsp baking soda with a pinch of sea salt, mix. Pat teeth dry with a paper towel, apply mix and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse mouth thoroughly after! (lasts about 2 days)
